When the job requires the elimination of heat, spark danger or vibration, water is the solution. We are able to cut through up to 6" of steel and 36" of concrete using ultra high pressure water mixed with a garnet abrasive. We can attach to horizontal or vertical structures and cut at angles. The cut edge is smoother than that provided by any other method, providing superior welding surfaces. This cutting method is appropriate in a variety of applications including concrete, concrete reinforced with steel, tanks or vessels, metal structures, and pipelines, especially where there is the risk of ancillary structural compromise due to vibration or where the risk of explosion is present.
